7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our primary courses. If you are not completely satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.

Conditions for Refund

  • The refund request must be submitted within precisely 7 days (168 hours) from the time of purchase.
  • You must not have consumed more than 30% of the course content or downloaded the proprietary resources/templates. Our LMS tracks course progress and downloads.
  • The refund guarantee applies only to standalone course purchases. It does not apply to personal coaching, consulting sessions, or discounted bundle offers unless explicitly stated.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@qalamacademy.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]". Please include:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The name of the course.
  • A brief explanation of why the course didn't meet your expectations (this helps us improve).

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and verified against our conditions, we will initiate the refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

For any recurring subscriptions (if applicable), you may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
